Kindly read the following instructions before filling the online application form for registration.

Step – 1

REGISTRATION

The Registration Form is available online and has an online payment charge of INR Rs. 2000/- (Rs. Two thousand only) which is NON-REFUNDABLE. In case of any rejection/disqualification/mistake in making payment, no claim will be entertained. This amount is collected towards the administrative and the admission process for the academic year 2025-26.

All details in the application must be filled as per the documents being provided. Any false declaration about a student's age, school details, etc., will result in immediate disqualification upon discovery by the school authorities.

Application must be under ONE CATEGORY ONLY (General / Alumni / Sibling/Staff/ Christian*). Multiple applications for any particular student will not be accepted, and the candidate will automatically be disqualified for admission.

Christians / Catholics of any denomination will need to get a letter from their respective Parish Priest/Pastor of their Parish and will need to undergo the admission process.

Anyone offering donations or pressurizing the administration through recommendations is automatically debarred from admission.

AGE CRITERIA as on 1st APRIL 2025:

  • LKG:Between 4 Yrs. – 5 Yrs.
  • HKG:Between 5 Yrs. – 6 Yrs.
  • 1st:Between 6 Yrs. – 7 Yrs.
Step – 2

INTERACTION / WRITTEN TEST

Admission to classes LKG and HKG – Selection will be only on the basis of INTERACTION / INTERVIEW with the student & parents. If the candidate is found fit for the class, they will be selected. The final decision shall be at the sole discretion of the school authorities. There will be no reconsideration for candidates not selected.

Admission to classes I to IX and XI – Selection will be only on the basis of a WRITTEN TEST. If the student/candidate is found fit for the class, they will be selected. The final decision shall be at the sole discretion of the school authorities. There will be no reconsideration for candidates not selected.

Date of Interaction / Interview / Written Test: Will be communicated on the website after the 18th of JAN, 2025. (The printout of the Registration Form & Money Receipt and a copy of the AADHAR card and stationery – pencil/pen will be required for Interaction/Interview/Written Test).

Step – 3

RESULT & SELECTION

The result of Interaction / Written Test – The list of selected candidates shall be visible on the website and the school notice board within 7 days of the INTERACTION/TEST.

On Final Selection: The following steps will need to be followed to complete the admission process:

  • Admission fee and 1st instalment fees need to be paid online only, withinthree working days of selection.
  • Submission and acknowledgment of ECS for all future fees (Mandatory for all).
  • Any one parent needs to be present at school for the final admission process.
Step – 4

DOCUMENTATION

Submission of the following documents and details:

  • Final form filling and signing by parent only (ALL).
  • Date of Birth Certificate - (Original + Xerox Copy) (Mandatory for all).
  • TC - (Original) & Marksheet - (Original + Xerox Copy) / Bonafide Certificate - (Original) in case of mid-term (Mandatory for Classes 1 and above).
  • AADHAR - (Original + Xerox Copy) (Mandatory for all).
  • PEN – (Permanent Education Number) from the current school (Mandatory for Classes 1 and above).
  • APAAR - (Mandatory for Classes 1 and above).
  • Caste Certificate - (Mandatory for Classes IX and above).
  • Height, Weight, and Blood Group (Only Correct Information Needed) (Mandatory for all).
  • Soft copy of candidate's PP size photo (should be available on mobile) (Mandatory for all).

If the selected candidate does not take online admission by paying the fees and completing the formalities within three working days of selection, he/she will be considered for admission later, only if seats are available.
